Minister of Labour and Rehabilitation, Eng. Ali Al-Abed Al-Rida, has conducted an inspection visit to the Tripoli Central Office to review work progress and identify the most prominent challenges facing employees. The visit included a field tour of the office's departments and units. 

The Minister affirmed the ministry's commitment to addressing administrative and financial obstacles, noting the ministry's commitment to implementing technical training programs aimed at raising the efficiency of its staff. The minister revealed that work is underway to develop a new organizational structure that will contribute to simplifying administrative procedures and enhancing institutional performance. 

He also stressed the need to settle employee status and pending promotions, calling for the expedited resolution of these issues. The minister also proposed establishing a social solidarity fund for the office's employees, noting its important role in providing social and financial support, enhancing work environment and stimulating a spirit of cooperation among employees. 

The visit concluded with the minister attending a greeting ceremony organized by the office, where a number of employees were honored in recognition of their efforts and professional contributions.
