Tajoura Heart Center, Tripoli, signed Tuesday an agreement with Novick Cardiac Alliance (NCA), a team of pediatric heart surgeons from the United States, to conducted surgeries and train the local surgeons of the center. The agreement was signed by Dr. Mutaz Akhdar, Chairman of the Committee on Localization of Treatment, and Dr. William Novick, NCA founder and CEO.
