The number of COVID-19 infections in Libya has risen to 2088, with 1559 active cases.
The National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) recorded 108 new cases on Monday, distributed as following:
- Tripoli: 48 cases
- Janzur: 2 cases
- Gharyan: 1 case
- Jufra: 7 cases
- Khoms: 2 cases
- Sabratha: 6 cases
- Zliten: 6 cases
- Misrata: 16 cases
- Sabha: 6 cases
- Shati: 7 cases
- Tragan: 4 cases
- Bint Biyah: 3 cases
NCDC also confirmed the recovery of 38 patients, raising the number of recoveries to 479.
The death toll of Covid-19 has risen to 50 after the registration of 1 death in Misrata.
