The number of COVID-19 infections in Libya has risen to 2176, with 1634 active cases.
The National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) recorded 88 new cases on Wednesday, distributed as following:
- Tripoli: 38 cases
- Zliten: 10 cases
- Khoms: 1 cases
- Msallata: 4 cases
- Tarhuna: 1 case
- Misrata: 16 cases
- Benghazi: 8 cases
- Khalij Sidra: 1 case
- Kufra: 1 case
- Sabha: 3 cases
- Shati: 6 cases
- Gharifa: 2 cases
NCDC also confirmed the recovery of 10 patients, raising the number of recoveries to 489.
The death toll of Covid-19 has risen to 53 after the registration of 3 deaths.
