The number of COVID-19 infections in Libya has risen to 2669, with 2056 active cases.
The National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) recorded 122 new cases on Sunday, distributed as following:
- Tripoli: 19 cases
- Gharyan: 2 cases
- Khoms: 1 case
- Janzur: 1 case
- Zawia: 1 case
- Misrata: 32 cases
- Zliten: 13 cases
- Sabha: 32 cases
- Alasaba: 9 cases
- Benghazi: 4 cases
- Derna: 1 case
- Jufra: 3 cases
- Tarhuna 1 case
- Tobruk: 3 cases
NCDC also confirmed the recovery of 43 patients, raising the number of recoveries to 553.
The death toll of Covid-19 has risen to 60 after the registration of 2 deaths.
