The member of the Constitution Drafting Assembly (CDA), Doa Mansouri, directed harsh criticism towards the road map which was prepared by the UN envoy to Libya, Ghassan Salame. Mansouri considered it a return to square one, and contrary to the role of the UN mission, which is limited to political issues.
Mansouri stated in a post on his Facebook page that the plan would end the correct path taken to reveal a constitution that could be agreed upon by the people.
Mansouri asked where Ghassan Salameh had obtained the power to intervene in the constitutional process, and ignore the fact that the Drafting Body of the Draft Constitution was elected by the people to draft a permanent constitution for the country and that it had completed the first phase of its tasks.
