The head of the Political Dialogue Committee of the House of Representatives, Abdel Salam Nassia, said Wednesday that any international conference on Libya that is not designed to push towards the referendum and the unification of the executive authority will be regarded as a new international attempt to extend the ongoing chaos in the country.
Nassia clarified in a press statement that the failure to push for establishing real security arrangements in the capital to reach the presidential and parliamentary elections is also an attempt to consolidate the "Non-State" concept, as he put it.
