The Second Vice President of the High Council of State (HCS), Omar Boushah, has received the Officer-in-Charge of of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), Raisedon Zenenga, and the head of the political department of the mission, Mohammed Al-Tal, to discuss the latest developments related to the electoral process in Libya.Zenenga welcomed the approval of the 13th constitutional amendment, and the formation of the 6 + 6 committee charged with preparing election laws, expressing the mission's readiness to provide full support to the committee.Boushah briefed the UN officials on the invitation extended by the HCS committee to the House of Representatives committee to hold the first meeting in the capital, Tripoli, and then determine the mechanism of the committee's work.
