The Libyan Prime Minister said, in a Q&A session on Hokometna social platform on Saturday, that he rejects being under the control of any Libyan party waging wars with the support and funding of foreign parties.

Abdul-Hamid Dbeibah said he is with peace and rejects intervention in Libyan domestic affairs, adding that Libya has been suffering from war for ten years and many voices have recently been threatening Libyans with force.

"Libyans own their land and sovereignty is for all. No army or armed or unarmed groups can control our territories. We have regained Libya's state respect in Berlin II Conference and proposed a Libyan initiative." He added, saying some personalities have remained in power for eight years and are now trying to hold his government accountable for three months of work.

"We have promised to solve the electricity problem in six months but after three months of work, no budget has been approved. We have taken an advance and then paid a billion dinars to carry out maintenance work." Dbeibah said.

Dbeibah said whatever the Foreign Minister Najla Al-Mangoush is saying reflects the same rhetoric his government has, adding that she visited seven countries in five days to explain Libya's file to them. He also expected that Russian president, Vladimir Putin, would visit Libya soon.
