Tejwal Mobile Bookstore said a group of books were confiscated in eastern Ajdabiya checkpoint by security forces, announcing suspension of work until this absurd behavior towards books is finished.
It added that there must be a list of banned books in Libya issued by the Publishing Houses' Control Authority.
It also condemned this act saying it might lead to the cessation of importing books into Libya by all bookstores as they are followed around by security forces and accused of promoting immoral issues and atheism to stain their reputations.
