462 handicapped persons and 227 cancer patients have been registered inside Tawergha camps across Libya, the head of Tawergha IDPs Union Omran Al-Tawerghy said.
He said the cases need special medical care and blamed the Tawergha municipality and relevant authorities for this new plague at the camps.
