The International Union of Arab Bankers gave Al-Jumhouriyah Bank the award for the best bank in Libya for 2023 for the fifth year in a row. This came as part of the annual ceremony in Turkey held by the Arab Bankers Union.

The Deputy Director General of Al-Jumhouriyah Bank, Nouri Abu Fleija received the shield of the Best Bank Award in Libya presented by the International Union of Arab Bankers for this year, and he expressed his happiness, thanking the International Union of Arab Bankers for its constant keenness to honor Arab banks with outstanding performance in the Arab region.

Abu Fleija added that this honor came in appreciation of the bank’s achievements in terms of expansion, in addition to providing all new banking services that suit various segments of society in accordance with market requirements.

It is noteworthy that Al-Jumhouriyah Bank is considered the second largest Libyan bank after the Libyan Foreign Bank, as it employs more than 5,800 clerks, and has 146 branches and agencies, with a market share of 33%.
