The Chief of Staff of the Libyan Army, Mohammed Al-Haddad, met with the commander of the Logistics Command of the Italian Army (COMLOG), Francesco Paolo Figliuolo, to discuss strengthening cooperation and coordination between the two countries.
This came during their meeting in the presence of the Italian Ambassador to Libya, Gianluca Alberini, the head of the Italian support mission in Libya, and the head of the Libyan-Italian Technical Cooperation Committee.
Figliuolo and the Italian Ambassador offered their condolences to the victims of the torrents and floods that struck the eastern region early last week, confirming their country constant help to the affected cities.
