Minister of Economy and Trade Mohamed Al-Hweij met with the Greek Ambassador to Libya, Nicholas Garilidis, to discuss developing and activating trade agreements between the two countries.
Al-Hweij expressed his government's aspiration to resume the work of the Libyan-Greek committee and to stimulate trade between the two countries by establishing maritime and air routes.
He called for organizing a joint economic forum in Tripoli to exchange experiences and showcase investment opportunities, particularly in ports and other sectors of mutual interest.
