The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL), Al-Siddiq Al-Kabir, has discussed with the Chairman of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), Mohammed Al-Jasser, the CBL’s plan to support small and medium enterprises and to benefit from the IsDB in particular.
The meeting on Tuesday discussed the IsDB team’s recent visit to the capital, Tripoli, the capacity building programs adopted by the bank, and the vision of empowering youth and increasing their participation in the labour market.
Both sides reviewed supporting financial sector, financial control development programs, and the bank’s experience in maintaining financial sustainability.
