The head of the High Council of State, Khalid Al-Mishri said that they will celebrate the liberation of Tarhouna and many areas, before the month of Ramadhan.
Al-Mishri said in a statement yesterday, that his estimates are built on the military plans that will make this possible with the least human cost and damage, hoping that many displaced people will be able to return and settle in their homes soon.
"Elaborate preparations have been made since the launching of the "Peace Storm" operation," said Al-Mishri, stressing that the Government of National Accord should expand its control over all of Libyan territory.
