The Minister of Local Government, Badr Al-Din Al-Toumi, met with officials -including a team of pharmacists- from the environmental sanitation department.
The meeting touched upon health inspection programs for pharmacies and the measures taken in this regard.
Al-Toumi called on the department to abide by the legal procedures for inspections and to follow due process in the evidence-gathering stages.
He also stressed the importance of maintaining continuous and permanent coordination with the Public Prosecution.
