The Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations to Libya, Abdoulaye Bathily, has discussed with Kuwait's Ambassador to Libya, Ziad Al-Mashaan, the UN efforts to enable the holding of elections in the country.
“We had a productive discussion on the latest political and security developments in Libya and the UN efforts to enable elections in Libya”, Bathily tweeted.
