France's Total Energies has provided 50 tons of emergency relief materials to those affected by Storm Daniel in Libya, including medical supplies, food, personal hygiene materials, and solar-powered lighting lamps.

The company said, in a statement on Monday, that it responded to the National Oil Corporation's call for support since the first hours following the floods that submerged large parts of eastern Libya, as 50 tons of essential goods have already been shipped, and further shipments of approximately 50 tons are planned in the coming days.

The French company explained that the process of delivering relief materials is carried out by a specialized team from the company in coordination with the National Oil Corporation and in cooperation with the Libyan Red Crescent.
