The Minister of Youth in the Government of National Unity, Fathallah Al-Zunni, has participated in the 8th ministerial meeting of the Steering Committee of the Youth Communication Organization as part of the activities of the second day of the 6th Youth Connect Africa Summit held in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi.
The ministry said in a statement on its Facebook page that the meeting reviewed the 2030 strategic plan for the Youth Communication Organization, which has branches in 32 African countries.
The ministers participating in the meeting welcomed the request for the State of Libya to join the Youth Connect Africa organization, represented by the Ministry of Youth of the Government of National Unity.
It should be noted that Libya is participating for the first time in the African Youth Summit, which is the largest gathering of African youth, according to the ministry’s statement.
