Libya's Minister of Finance, Khaled Al-Mabrouk, on Saturday discussed with the President of the African Export-Import Bank, Oki Oramah, the possibility of Libya joining the bank, which includes all African countries.
The two officials met on the sidelines of the annual meetings of the Bank Group and International Monetary Fund in Marrakesh, Morocco.
The meeting touched upon aspects of cooperation between the African Export-Import Bank and various Libyan institutions, with a focus on industrial, infrastructure, free zones, and trade financing programs.
