Libya and Tunisia have agreed on a joint strategy concerning food and drug security during a meeting between Libya's Minister of Economy, Mohamed Al-Hawij, and his Tunisian counterpart Kulthum bin Rajab, in Tunisia, on Friday.

A statement by Libya's Ministry of Economy said the two officials discussed preparations for convening the joint higher committee and a mechanism for regulating the movement of goods to boost the level of exports.

They also addressed challenges facing the entrepreneurs and investors from both sides and ways to facilitate their movement at the crossing points, according to the same source.
