Dar Al-Wafa Elderly Care Association in Tripoli has signed a partnership agreement with the Al-Rahma Elderly and Disabled Care Center in Al-Maknine of Monastir Governorate in Tunisia.
The agreement, which was signed in Tunisia, aims to implement joint activities and programs for the elderly, and organize continuous training courses for the workers in the two centers.
The General Director of Dar Al-Wafa, Abdullah Ghaith, said that this agreement will allow them to learn about the experience of the Tunisian Al-Rahma Center and cooperate in the fields of social, health, and psychological.
Ghaith added, “The General Authority of the Social Solidarity Fund in Libya has several institutions specialized in caring for the elderly, which have recently been reconfigured and equipped to become among the high-end institutions that provide better services to the elderly”.
