The Minister of Local Government of the Presidential Council (PC), Baddad Gansu, has undertaken a visit to the Municipal Council of Ein Zara to examine the situation of families affected by the recent armed clashes in the areas south of Tripoli.

The minister met during his visit with the locals and listened to the difficulties they face in light of the repeated power outages and the closure of roads, according to the Information Department of the PC.

The minister stressed that his ministry will make every possible effort to alleviate their suffering and restore the conditions as they existed prior to the conflict as soon as possible.

He pointed out that work is underway to determine the displaced families affected by armed clashes and will take all necessary measures to accelerate their return.
