Sources said that the National Oil Corporation is negotiating a deal to sell a million oil barrels to China through Ras Lanuf oil port. This selling offer is the second via the port in the last period. The shipment is expected to leave Ras Lanuf port on September 18, sources told Reuters, adding the vessel has not been agreed on yet. Another shipment is yet expected to be negotiated from the same port, the sources indicated.
