The Qatari Embassy in Libya announced on Sunday that they would continue the humanitarian air bridge to assist the flood-affected areas in eastern Libya.

"About 270 tons of relief aid arrives at Benina International Airport as part of Qatari efforts to support brothers affected by floods and torrents in eastern Libya," the embassy stated on its official X platform on Sunday.

It said the Qatari air bridge has resumed operation for the 10th day since its launch, delivering the 7th and 8th planes to Benina International Airport on Saturday.

The planes were carrying around 60 tons of relief, food, medical supplies, and electricity generators, as stated by the embassy.
