The Head of the High Council of State (HCS), Mohammed Takala, met with the Qatari ambassador to Libya, Khaled Al-Dosari, on Monday to discuss political developments in Libya and bilateral cooperation.
According to the HCS media office, Takala affirmed to the Qatari ambassador that the Council's prime objective during this stage is to attain stability and conduct elections.
For his part, Ambassador Al-Dosari congratulated Takala on his presidency of the HCS and highlighted the strong bilateral relations between their two countries.
