The family of Lockerbie-suspect Libyan national, Abu Ajila Masoud Al-Marimi, has announced that the trial session scheduled to be held this October has been postponed until mid-December.

A family spokesman added that Al-Marimi’s health condition is stable, after he went through a health problem, as a result of which he was hospitalized last period.

This is the fourth time that the Virginia Federal Court decided to postpone the trial session after it was scheduled for June of this year.
