The Fatwa House says that all Muslims, including governments, agencies, scholars, preachers, academics, and elitists, have the duty to support the Palestinian people in their resistance to the Zionist attacks on Al-Aqsa.

The House's remarks came in response to an Israeli attack on the Al-Aqsa Mosque on Wednesday.

In a statement later that day, the Council of Sharia Research and Studies at the Fatwa House said the assaults on Al-Aqsa have gone too far.

"The recent attack on the worshipers at Al-Aqsa Mosque speaks volumes about the Zoinists' disregard for the blood and sanctities of Muslims in Palestine and the nation of Islam as a whole."

It underscored that the assaults against the worshipers who were practicing "I’tikaf" in the mosque oblige Muslims to support their brothers in Palestine in every possible way.

The occupying Israeli forces raided the Aqsa complex using stun grenades and rubber bullets to empty the mosque of worshipers as the Muslims mark the holy month of Ramada.
