Prime Minister Abdulhamid Dbeibah joined a grand graduation ceremony at the University of Tripoli on Saturday, honoring the achievements of approximately 2,500 graduates from various faculties.

The event also saw the attendance of several senior officials, including Minister of Higher Education Omran Al-Qeeb, Minister of State for Communication and Political Affairs Walid Al-Lafi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs Adel Jumaa, University President Khaled Aoun, faculty deans, and members of the teaching staff.

In his address, Prime Minister Dbeibah congratulated the graduates and their families, praising the university’s administration, student union, and teaching staff for fostering academic success.

Dbeibah encouraged the graduates to actively contribute to Libya’s development and stability, urging them to embrace roles in rebuilding the nation through innovation and hard work. He emphasized that Libya’s future depends on the educated youth to lead progress across all sectors.

The ceremony marked the graduation of 160 master’s degree holders and 100 doctoral students among the class of 2023.
