Latest update of the Coronavirus in Libya – July 02

The number of COVID-19 infections in Libya has risen to 891, with 641 active cases.

The National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) recorded 17 new cases on Thursday, distributed as following:

1. Sabha: 5 cases
2. Tripoli: 3 cases
3. Misrata: 3 cases
4. Benghazi: 2 cases
5. Zlitin: 2 cases
6. Yefren: 1 case
7. Rahibat: 1 case

NCDC also confirmed the recovery of 1 patient, raising the number of recoveries to 224.

The death toll of Covid-19 has risen to 26 after the registration of 1 death in Jufra.
