Latest update of the Coronavirus in Libya – July 06

The number of COVID-19 infections in Libya has risen to 1117, with 814 active cases.

The National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) recorded 71 new cases on Monday, distributed as following:

1. Sabha: 18 cases
2. Tripoli: 26 cases
3. Misrata: 7 cases
4. Zlitin: 16 cases
5. Benghazi: 3 cases
6. Ajdabia: 1 case

NCDC also confirmed the recovery of 8 patients, raising the number of recoveries to 269.

The death toll of Covid-19 has risen to 34 after the registration of 2 deaths in Sabha and Zlitin.
