The Agricultural Police Department convened to discuss measures and issues regarding the Rift Valley fever cases.
A statement by the department on Facebook said the meeting was held upon the Minister of Agriculture and Animal Wealth's directive to establish a central chamber to receive reports of Rift Valley fever cases.
The head of the chamber affirmed the preparation of periodic reports and their referral to the central committee and the National Center for Animal Health in terms of expertise.
