Al Hilal team won the Omar Al-Mukhtar Football Championship Cup after defeating Al-Suwaihli on penalties (4-2).
This came in the match that brought them together at the Benina Martyrs Stadium in Benghazi, and ended with two goals for each team.
The Championship witnessed the participation of Al-Ittihad, Al-Ahly Benghazi, Al-Nasr, Al-Olympic, Al-Tahadi and Al-Sadaqa teams, in addition to Al-Hilal and Al-Suwaihli and it comes as part of the clubs’ preparations for the new season of the Premier League, which is scheduled to start on the November 25.
