The CEO of the Algerian Sonatrach oil company, Toufik Hakkar, has announced that a meeting is expected before the end of July between the company and the Libyan authorities to discuss their official return to Tripoli.
This came in a press conference on Monday, to announce the results of the company's work during the first five months of this year.
"The company had investments and energy explorations in Libya, but the unstable security situation in the past years forced it to leave," Hakkar added.
