The spokesman for the House-of-Representatives-appointed government of Fathi Bashagha said the Libyan Prime Minister of the UN-brokered unity government Abdul Hamid Dbiebah wants to plunge the country into conflict and war.

The spokesman, Abduljalil, told reporters that all Libyan political and social parties should invest in the consensus that resulted in the formation of the Libyan Government of Bashagha, saying this consensus happened for the first time in Libya since 2014 and it should be used as a way leading to successful elections.

"We have vowed that the government won't use force to enter Tripoli and that is why the move has taken some time and is still in process.” The spokesman explained.
