The Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Farhat Ben Qaddara, has discussed with officials from the Arab Banking Corporation (ABC) ways of cooperation in the Libyan oil and gas sector.
Both sides discussed ways of benefiting from the ABC financial expertise in the oil and gas sector, and the NOC plan to raise production and investment and financing opportunities for the projects of this plan.
