The Central Committee for Municipal Council Elections (CCMCE) has announced the opening of voter registration system for the municipalities of Msallata, Al-Zawiya, Al-Shuwerf, and Zelten.
The CCMCE confirmed on its Facebook page that voter registration is technically done by sending a text message to the number 11711 containing the national ID number and the number of the electoral center.
