The Interior Ministry delivered on Wednesday a speedboat, class 900, to the coastal security of Khums city east of Tripoli.
The boat was handed over in a ceremony attended by senior security officials, including the Director of the General Department of Coastal Security, Brigade Al-Bashir Bel-Nour.
The ministry said the step comes within the framework of its plan to strengthen the marine patrols in the Khum coastal area and enable them to perform their task to the fullest.
