The head of the High Council of State (HCS), Mohammed Takala, has discussed with the Minister of Health, Ramadan Abu Janah, the issue of providing treatment at home and abroad for all Libyan citizens, in addition to activating the health insurance law in a way that achieves justice for all.
The two parties also discussed the file of oncology patients and their need for medicines, as well as the need to develop primary health care in all Libyan cities and villages.
