The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, has affirmed his support for any international and local cooperation with a clear features and objectives, stressing the need to identify priorities and needs by the various Libyan institutions, and to organize the file of partnership and support according to specific timetables.

This came during his participation in the launching ceremony for the implementation of the United Nations Development Cooperation Framework 2023-2025, at the Royal Palace in Tripoli, in the presence of the UN Special Envoy, Abdoulaye Bathily, the Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General, Humanitarian Coordinator, Georgette Gagnon and a number of ministers, ambassadors and representatives of international organizations in Libya.

Gagnon gave a detailed presentation on a draft plan and reviewed its most important priorities.
