Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah has expressed his government's support for United Nations efforts to stabilize Libya by conducting elections under fair and consensual laws.
The PM addressed the issue during a meeting with Stephane Khoury, the Acting Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), on Wednesday.
Dbeibah emphasized the government's ongoing efforts to prepare for the elections, highlighting the progress made so far.
On her part, Khoury reaffirmed the mission's commitment to engaging with all Libyan parties to advance the UN's plan for achieving elections based on fair and consensual laws.
