Dozens of victims inside their cars at Derna sea

A number of divers in Derna confirmed that there are dozens of families inside their cars at sea needed specialized equipment to extract them.

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs had announced that the death toll from the floods in the city of Derna had risen to 11,300 people, and 10,100 were missing.
