Authorities in Tobruk have arrested an individual in possession of 300 kilograms of hashish, the Drug Control Agency announced on Friday.
On its Facebook account, the Agency said the operation was the result of a planned ambush set up for the suspect, who was allegedly involved in trafficking drugs into Tobruk.
Special equipment, including weapons, ammunition, gear, and four-wheel drive vehicles, was provided to the Agency's branches to aid in their tasks.
