The General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL) has announced the arrival of a shipment loaded with 34 packages supplied by the American company (GE), to the Al-Khoms and South Tripoli plants.
The GECOL confirmed on its Facebook page that more equipment and spare parts are about to arrive as part of the company's efforts to support the public grid and raise the efficiency of its production performance.
The company indicated that the arrival of the shipment comes as a continuation of the major overhaul works for the gas units in the targeted power plants within the planned program.
