The General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL) has disclaimed responsibility for potential electricity supply interruptions due to critically low fuel supplies to the Tobruk power station.
In a statement, the GECOL cautioned that the station may cease operations, negatively impacting the stability of the entire electrical network.
The company said it had communicated with relevant authorities but has received no response.
