The director of the Historical Cities Management Authority, Ayman Daw, discussed with officials from the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) activating the agreement signed between the two parties regarding the restoration and maintenance of several historical buildings.

During a meeting in Tripoli, the two sides explored enhancing cooperation in capacity building and exchanging expertise, as well as transferring the Turkish experience in restoring historical buildings to improve the quality of work.

The meeting also discussed ways to develop the agreement to ensure the provision of necessary equipment for completing restoration and maintenance work, in addition to archiving some studies specific to Libya.
