The Spokesperson of the House of Representatives (HoR), Abdullah Balihq, has confirmed that the Council is to hold a special session Monday to discuss the voting system reform on the amendment of the constitutional declaration.
The House of Representatives postponed last week its meeting over the amendment of the constitutional declaration and including it within the Libyan political agreement (LPA) due to the lack of quorum.
