The head of the political dialogue of the House of Representatives Abdelsalam Nasiya said he was optimistic that the parliament would Okay the referendum law for the constitution next week.
Nasiya said in a meeting with the UNSMIL’s Head Ghassan Salame that Libya’s priority now is adopting the constitution then uniting institutions and after that holding elections, the UNSMIL tweeted.
Nasiya and Salame also talked about economic reforms, agreeing on the fact that the current political and economic situations are unsustainable.
