International Organization for Migration (IOM) repatriated 150 migrants from Libya to their country of origin Ivory Coast.

IOM said on Facebook that the migrants, including 6 children, were accompanied to the airport in Libya’s capital to make sure they are safely deported home.

IOM said earlier that it had returned 11.000 migrants to their countries as part of the voluntary return program, voicing concern over the growing number of migrants in Libya detention centers.
